1-3 FONTS
Create apartment designs that are easy to read by only using 1-3 fonts per design. More fonts make it hard to read and understand the message you are trying to send to your apartment prospects or residents.
COPY TIP:
COPY BANK
Create a copy bank of ideas as you come across them so you don’t have to come up with ideas on the fly.

GRAMMAR TIP:
HYPEN GUIDE
Use hyphens when two adjectives describe a noun:
• Resort-Style Pool
• One-Bedroom Apartment
• Stainless-Steel Appliances
The only exception is when the first adjective ends in an “ly” - (e.g. fully equipped kitchen).
