The team at The Michael at Presidio is always hosting the BEST events at their communities. From Pilates on the Deck to Paint Your Own Pumpkins, these guys are delivering incredible experiences for their residents. We love following their Instagram account to see their events in action.

Recently they hosted a grab-n-go Pet Treats in the Office! They utilized their Sprout designs in a little frame for an extra pop of color! We decided to feature them as our #Sprouter of the Week because they show up every single day for their residents.

  • They share real-life pictures of pets at their community.

  • They promote all their fun events on their feed.

  • They blend in fun creative holiday posts and captions from their Sprout Simply Social Membership.

  • They introduce their team and how the team works hard for the residents, which builds trust.

A Resident Spread for National Coffee Day:

There is SO much to love about this:

  • The team at Retreat at Barton Creek created a fun resident event around the creative holiday, National Coffee Day.

  • They printed all the Sprout Marketing Coffee Signs included in their Sprout Membership, put them in frames, and took their spread to a whole new AWESOME level.

  • They featured their referral bonus designs to remind residents to refer friends. NOTE: Events are a great time to remind residents how great it is to live at your community.

  • They shared great pictures on their social media accounts. This is great for prospects to see the lifestyle they can expect from their community.

The team at Rustico at Fair Oaks is making every touch point count with residents.

They purchased the Sprout done-for-you bundles and set them out at their air filter station.

The encouraged referrals by placing the “Refer Your Pals” bundles out in a basket.

 

How Jawsome is this?

The team at Rustico at Fair Oaks utilized a Sprout idea from the Creative Holidays Calendar and created an entire campaign around it with a shark scavenger hunt. How fun is this?! Sure to stick in the mind of residents & prospects!

The team at Vistas at 707 used the “Life is Butter with You!” bundles to surprise their residents!

The response from their residents was overwhelming.

This shows how just a little effort can make a big impact.
