Follow-up: THE ULTIMATE GUIDE

did you know...

  • 44% of sales representatives give up on their prospects after the initial conversation

  • 60% of customers reject offers four times before making a purchasing decision

  • Email marketing can double the ROI you can expect to get from cold calling

DON'T LET THIS BE YOU! Check out the October Issue for the secrets to follow-up success!

We’re rolling out the follow-up timeline complete with step-by-step ideas and templates to:

  1. CREATE A CONNECTION THAT LASTS. The key to any good relationship is a great first impression. Before your prospect leaves your tour, make it a point to create a connection that lasts by doing 3 simple things.

  2. SEND A QUICK FOLLOW-UP MESSAGE via phone, text, email, or DM. Remind your prospects of all the things they loved at your community so they can factor it into their decision. We’ve got a base email template and subject lines they won’t be able to resist opening.

  3. DROP SOMETHING CREATIVE IN THE MAIL. Everyone loves receiving mail, especially since no one wants to send mail these days. Here are a few of our favorite ideas to mail your prospects that are affordable, but still fun and creative!

  4. A PERSONALIZED EMAIL WITH A FUN CREATIVE SURPRISE. Start with our email template and then add something fun (we’re giving you three fun options).

  5. INVITE THEM BACK. Use these creative ways to get your prospect to come back. The more they can see what life is like at your community, the more likely they will want to live there.

  6. CHECK IN WITH THEM TO STAY TOP-OF-MIND. Drop a short line in the channel they prefer and try to see where they are in their decision-making process. It's a good opportunity to include any specials to create urgency if you have them. We’ve got you covered with a phone, text, or email template to get you started.

  7. AUTOMATIC EMAILS. Think of automatic email campaigns like a pot of water on the stove. The automatic emails heat up your prospect bowl and allow your team to prioritize the hotter leads while the email campaigns take care of the colder leads that may not be ready to make this big decision. We’re sharing five automated email tips from Mike Whaling, Founder and President of 30 Lines.
